requirements:
- 2 years of experience as on site technical support - knowledge of itil (desirable) - experience with ticket management tools - experience in: active directory, office 365, vpn, sccm, remote support, antivirus, information backups, one drive, teams, peripherals - advanced english language skills, will interact with the team in germany - availability for flexible hours, may be required to cover extra time - service-oriented attitude, friendly, and respectful - english proficient
essential duties and responsibilities:
- resolve hardware and software incidents on-site - support for incidents related to basic software - preparation, installation, configuration, and change of computing equipment - cloning of equipment, user data backup - customization of equipment and restoration of information - preparation of equipment to be delivered to the provider and users - keep hardware inventory updated - preparation of reports and management reports as per scope
