Sap analyst
the sap analyst will be an integral part of a team enabling the business to make better decisions by leveraging sap technology assets. This role applies knowledge of business processes, master data management, and sap configuration. The solutions designed and deployed will directly impact the day-to-day work activities of business users, improving operational efficiencies across departments and positively influencing the company's bottom line.
responsibilities
- deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- lead project initiation and planning, ensuring technical feasibility
- ensure resource availability and allocation
- develop detailed plans to monitor and track project progress
- manage complexities and dependencies across tasks and activities
- coordinate with internal and external parties for flawless execution
- build and maintain strong relationships between it and business stakeholders
- measure project performance using appropriate tools
- perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
- report and escalate issues to upper management as needed
- create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- support business analysis, testing, or training activities when required
- manage written and oral communications for project tasks, including reporting, meetings, and workshops
- define, measure, and communicate project kpis to evaluate project health and delivery quality
- track and resolve outstanding issues and bugs promptly
qualifications
- bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience and/or training; sap certifications are a plus
- excellent communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
- self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
