we are seeking a talented salesforce business analyst to join the business & technology integration team. In this role, you will analyze business processes, identify organizational needs, and design technology-driven solutions that align business objectives with salesforce capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision-making, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver impactful business transformation initiatives.

* provide insights and recommendations to enhance project scope and solution effectiveness.
* analyze data trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to improve outcomes.
* collaborate across multiple teams and contribute to key business and technical decisions.
* mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

* intermediate proficiency in:
