* advanced english skills.
* sufficient experience in manufacturing processes and it systems administration roles.
* awareness of operational impact on business processes and other functions.
* prioritization of activities based on business requirements.
* ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
* effective communication skills, including presentations to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
