* the npdi supports the team in executing materials transformation initiatives by collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow in supply chain transformation.
responsibilities
* collect and analyze data related to materials management and inventory.
* support the implementation of digital tools and process improvements.
* prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
* assist in tracking kpis and identifying trends or anomalies.
* collaborate with site teams to gather feedback and support change management.
* participate in training sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing.
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial/mechanical), supply chain, business, or a related field
* experience in analyzing open purchase orders.
* 4–8 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations.
* proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (power bi, excel, etc.).
* strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
* good communication and teamwork skills.
physical & environmental demands
* the role is primarily based in a manufacturing facility, requiring regular site visits and interaction with production teams.
* required to wear personal protective equipment (ppe) and adhere to safety protocols.
* the role involves extended periods of sitting in front of a computer.
* occasional standing or walking may be required during meetings, presentations, or site visits.
* work is primarily conducted in an office environment with controlled temperature and lighting.
time travel required
* may travel to different office or plants locations, client sites, or conferences may be necessary.
