Coordinates dissemination of product technical information as appropriate to respond to customer.9. Creates, updates, and administers customer records, and delivery schedules. 10. Interfaces with internal and external customers to coordinate return goods activity. Monitors the progress from the initial contact through the final resolution. 11. Participates in obtaining new account information and providing quotations where appropriate.12. Provides reports to support customers, sales and marketing, and operations for forecasting, shipping schedules, sales and product history on timely basis.13. Inputs finished goods and safety stock inventory levels.14. Maintains understanding of gb production environments, and customer production environments as they pertain to the usage of gb products.15. Maintains communication channels to ensure appropriate knowledge of customer activity.16. Performs other functions as required.*minimum education: minimum education:* bachelor’s in marketing, business or related field.
