what you will do
this is a key role for running the hr activities to implement and complete the people initiatives for the manufacturing operations.
you will be directly reporting to the senior hr manager and acting as a strategic partner to the business leaders, driving their people strategy to deliver the strategic objectives.
you will provide expertise for the full scope of the hr function including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, reward, talent management, payroll processes, and reporting activities, talent development and organizational design.
as a member of the hr team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your expertise to deliver our strategic objectives for the manufacturing facility.
how you will do it
you will ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
you will prepare ad-hoc and regularly scheduled hr queries and reconcile them with reports from other databases; prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating; explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees; support the payroll process; and assist with training programs.

bachelor degree in hr or equivalent
minimum 4 years of experience in hr generalist role, proven experience across workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent development, and employee relations
fluent in english - 90%
