Responsibilities
* develop the daily production schedule.
* close communication to internal customers.
* collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goals.
* executes, monitors and analyzes, past due, on time delivery, attainment, adherence to production plans reports.
* look for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented).
* coordinates requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts so that the shortest possible delay occurs for customers.
* identify and resolve any production issues or delays, solve a variety of problems that may arise, including but not limited to, rejected parts, purchased parts availability, capacity and throughout constraints, and change in customer demands and service levels.
* generate and present production reports to management team.
* collaborates with the it team and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systems.
* creation of what-if scenario.
qualifications
* requires a bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of related experience.
* experience on inventory control.
* employee must be self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* employee must possess good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
* the ability to take a proactive approach and take ownership for all activities related to the success of the factory to ensure successful operations.
* must have computer experience with office, and mrp/erp systems.
