responsibilities
the opportunity
the hr operations benefits senior analyst will report to the hr operations manager, focusing on administration and process support for pepsico’s us employee active benefit and retiree medical programs. The role involves managing projects, supporting benefits enrollment, resolving employee and retiree issues, and ensuring compliance.
your impact
as hr operations, benefits associate manager, your scope includes:
* collaborating across hr, it, ec, total rewards, communications, and alight benefit teams on initiatives and data projects impacting benefits administration.
* managing relationships with vendors like alight, ensuring processes meet performance metrics on time and budget.
* handling administration and employee issue resolution via snow, including root cause analysis and process improvements.
* supporting the senior manager and tr/hr partners as a subject matter expert.
* participating in the benefits enrollment cycle, including uat, e-pay cycles, and census workstreams.
* influencing benefit program design and delivery with the benefits coe and global capability centers.
* overseeing key processes such as sox, hipaa, hours reporting, and invoicing.
* ensuring benefits are administered according to laws and regulations.
* leading special projects to improve benefits and service delivery.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
* 5+ years of experience in benefits.
* experience with employee health and welfare plans for large employers preferred.
* strong data analysis skills and knowledge of successfactors ec or similar hrms.
* effective communication with stakeholders.
* problem-solving skills and proactive risk management.
* high initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* excellent organizational skills for prioritizing and managing deadlines.
