Responsibilities
- Planning/Scheduling order Management and date management: Use Planner Workbench to release and reschedule orders to selected suppliers. Confirm receipt and delivery dates, and update acknowledgements, promise dates, and expedite notes in a timely manner. Maintain accurate data in the system (Oracle), including supplier information, part-supplier relationships, pricing, lead times, transit times, and shipping routes. Expedite supplier deliveries and materials in transit based on customer urgency and purchase order expiration. Analyze and address expired open purchase orders through corrective actions. Work with Project Managers to reconcile past due dates.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Implement material strategies with suppliers to improve performance. Understand supplier performance metrics and supply to issue resolution.
- Supplier invoice reconciliation: Work with Accounts Payable to reconcile outstanding invoices.
Who You Are
- You keep in touch with your Drop Ship Team. You build relationships within the team to support and improve the metrics of the Drop Ship Program. You understand your goals and anticipated results. You build a plan and outline for various departments within ISV.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills in English (written, verbal, and listening).
- Experience working in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Proven understanding of MRP and JIT systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Oracle or a similar ERP system (preferred).
- General knowledge of International Trade regulations (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong with Excel, Teams, and Power Point
- Strong Communication skills
- Problem-solving mentality.
- Resilience and adaptability.
