we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to develop strategic relationships with major hospital groups in mexico, colombia, and puerto rico. This role involves crafting account strategies, managing the sales cycle, and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
* develop and execute account plans aligned with regional and global objectives
* manage the full sales lifecycle for capital equipment
* build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post-sale support
* identify and pursue new business opportunities
* bachelor's degree
* minimum 10 years of experience in sales of surgical or medical capital equipment
* minimum 5 years of experience managing key accounts or executive-level clients
* proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals with c-suite executives
