*descripción*:
- provide high-quality initial support for all ict service requests from the corporate environment.
- resolution of problems with a high level of quality corresponding to the ict environment of the corporation.
- preparation and execution of budget of expenses and investments. Assist local management with the budget advance of the ict area.
- execute ict investment projects, preparation of afes and obtaining budgets. Comprehensive management of these projects.
- negotiation and management of voice communications (fixed and mobile telephony / vhf / uhf) and data. It will relate to the provider companies, establishing service contracts, negotiating rates, requesting and monitoring the status of these services, managing solutions.
- prepare and test bcp / drp plans.
- database management (lotus notes, mysql and oracle).
- management of the ot quality system.
- management in the selection of new software requirements following corporate guidelines.
- permanent visits to the different locations in the country, coordinating with those responsible for each of them the tasks to be carried out.
- assistance in ict projects.
- follow the strategies established by the business unit.
- data recovery management against unexpected events.
- advise the local business unit on new technologies.
- monitor and support corporate software packages and/or special tools.
- provide support on ict issues to the different areas of projects/engineering and maintenance/operations in order to advise them even when they have outsourced the issues.
*perfil buscado (hombre / mujer)*:
- itil 3.0 foundations certificate
- lotus notes 9.x or higher (installation and operation)
- azure (management and operation)
- microsoft endpoint manager
- networking, tcp/ip v4 and v6, qos, (configuration and routing, knowledge of bgp)
- cisco ios, vpn and firewall
- microsoft active directory (management, administration and diagnosis)
- hardware systems x86 (maintenance, replacement of parts, diagnosis)
- virtualization with vmware vsphere 6.7 or higher (installation, configuration, administration and diagnosis)
- operating system windows server 2016 or higher (installation, configuration, administration and diagnosis)
- linux redhat operating systems, centos version 7 or higher (installation, configuration, administration and diagnosis)
- knowledge in disaster recovery plans
- voip, knowledge in cisco unified communication manager (cucm) / asterix
- advanced english
