Account manager – ai advertising
we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented account manager to support and grow relationships with our brand and agency partners. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them get the most out of the company's ai‑powered platform while building a foundation for a long career in ai‑driven advertising. You will work closely with senior team members and cross‑functional partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly, clients stay informed, and growth opportunities are never missed.
Responsibilities:

manage day‑to‑day client relationships, serving as a reliable and responsive point of contact for brands and agencies.
Support campaign execution by coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform against client goals.
Provide regular performance updates to clients, translating platform data into clear, actionable insights.
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and flag them to senior leadership.
Troubleshoot campaign issues proactively, working with ad ops and product teams to resolve problems quickly.
Relay client feedback internally, helping shape product improvements and process enhancements.
Assist with contract renewals and support retention efforts across your book of business.
Stay current on industry trends, digital advertising best practices, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience managing dsp/adtech clients, ideally with a north america focus.
Hands‑on experience with dsps and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.
Strong communication skills in both english and spanish, with the ability to build trust with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
Comfort working with campaign performance data and pulling insights from dashboards and reports.
Comfortable with technology and ai tools; ability to work independently and handle us‑based clients without constant oversight.
Self‑starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Account manager – medical device
the account manager (am) is responsible for managing client relationships and production processes for clients in the medical device sector. Under the guidance and supervision of the director of strategic accounts, the am works closely with the regional sales team and the production team to further develop their skills managing the complexities of varied accounts, identifying new opportunities and growing existing client relationships through service.
Responsibilities include:

ensure client requirements are fully understood and that the teams and processes are geared toward successful delivery, setting and meeting client expectations.
Manage effective processes that meet customer requirements and drive quality, client satisfaction, and growth of client accounts.
Consult with the tl to advise medical device clients on best localization practices and use the company's productivity tools to drive efficiency.
Attend meetings with sales and/or clients; act as an escalation point for internal and external stakeholders, answering questions, facilitating outcomes, and resolving issues quickly.
Filing and supporting compliance reports and drive improvement, working with the tl to implement necessary steps or resources.
Support tracking and reporting of kpi metrics for managed accounts.
Negotiate budgets and schedules with the client; collaborate with the production team to assess scope, prepare project proposals, review quotes.
Demonstrate an active interest in the client's industry, products, business needs and company culture to provide high‑level service.
Ensure project success by providing detailed process instructions, monitoring and communicating status.
Maintain strict adherence to deadlines, budgets and specifications; follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain strong understanding of transperfect products and services.
Support accounting and financial responsibilities, including documentation, billing, payment inquiries and collections.
Participate in training support for junior members of production teams as assigned.
Comply with iso regulations, processes, and procedures.
Complete other tasks as appropriate for the role.

Required experience and qualifications:

minimum bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of associate account management experience or the equivalent.
Experience in a customer service / service‑focused role in a b2b professional services environment.
Intermediate working knowledge of ms office applications.
Experience working within formal quality systems frameworks, such as iso or equivalent.
Experience with translation management systems, cat tools, and time management systems.

Desired skills and experience:

experience (2–3 years) interacting with production processes in a professional translation environment, managing translation projects for clients in the life sciences industries (preferably medical devices).
Experience using globallink technology products, wordfast, and project‑tracking software.
Foreign language background (formal education or experience with translation).
Experience working with customers in the medical device industry.
Detail‑oriented.
Familiarity with a variety of output formats such as print, web, media.
Understanding of medical device industry regulations and requirements.
Experience with risk management processes, such as iso.

Account manager – positrace (saas gps tracking)
responsibilities:

manage existing positrace customer accounts as a brand ambassador.
Conduct regular account status checks for service users, ensuring they receive proper training.
Implement core functionalities tailored to each client’s operations and requirements.
Seek ways to improve client operations, optimize positrace usage, and identify upselling opportunities.
Ensure client satisfaction and proactively identify potential reasons for deactivation to retain customers.

Account management details:

Requirements:
