* keep a good union relationship in order to maintain the right function in the shop floor.
* management the right handle of the wages increases according the collective labor agreement (union), in order to accomplish them in the agreed times.
* generate strategies to minimize turnover and absenteeism.
* attend and solve labor issues (layoffs, sanctions, resignations, labor demands, etc.), to maintain and promote the order and discipline in the company.
* provide support and advice to the employees with the health ensure.
* support manager areas and chief's areas to move or promote employees.
* ensure the right function of the services provided to the employees (transportation, dining room, uniforms, etc.).
experience minimum 5 years in automotive industry labor relations coordinator or specialist.
