key responsibilities
* support configuration and implementation of sap modules (mm, ewm, ppm, ps, pp).
* customize solutions aligned with industry processes and business needs.
* lead design workshops, blueprinting sessions, and fit-gap analysis to adopt sap best practices.
* drive sap implementation, rollouts, and migration projects (including ecc to s/4hana).
* lead or support data migration activities using tools such as lsmw, sap bods, or data services; manage data cleansing/harmonization.
* conduct unit, system integration, and uat testing cycles; coordinate end‑user training and documentation.
* interface with client teams to gather requirements and propose optimized sap solutions; provide demos.
* present functional designs and manage stakeholder approvals and sign‑offs.
* support change management and post‑go‑live stabilization or hypercare activities.
* collaborate with technical teams (abap, basis, integration) for solution realization.
* work within agile or waterfall methodologies using tools like jira, solution manager, or ms project.
* maintain high‑quality project documentation and contribute to internal sap knowledge assets.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in related fields.
* advanced level of english.
* 2 to 8 years of consulting experience driving sap domain projects.
* hands‑on expertise in sap materials management (mm) module.
* experience with sap extended warehouse management (ewm) including inbound/outbound logistics, rf integration, and integration with mm, sd, and tm.
* knowledge of sap project portfolio management (ppm).
* experience in sap project system (ps) and integration with fi/co, mm, sd.
* hands‑on expertise in sap production planning (pp).
* understanding of the technology layers applicable to the above domains.
* strong project management skills with focus on agile methodology.
* ability to work in a rapidly changing environment with continuous innovation.
* analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions and develop business cases.
* excellent communication skills.
* team‑oriented, self‑driven, and committed to continuous learning.
* optionally strong skills in aftersales supply chain/logistics/transportation/field service & maintenance.
* availability to travel may be required.
