- assist in the preparation of *financial reports, budgets, and forecasts* to support asset management decisions.
- conduct *variance analysis* and identify key trends impacting hotel performance.
- support *profitability analysis* by evaluating revenue streams, expenses, and cost control strategies.
- assist in *monthly financial reconciliations*, ensuring data accuracy across multiple properties.
- collaborate with internal teams and hotel operators to track *key performance indicators (kpis)* and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
- maintain and update *financial models* to assess asset valuation, investment performance, and capital expenditures.
- prepare presentations and reports for senior management and investors.
- support *ad-hoc financial projects and data analysis* as needed.
*qualifications & skills*
- *bachelor’s degree* in *finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline*.
- strong *analytical and problem-solving skills* with keen attention to detail.
- proficiency in *microsoft excel, powerpoint, and financial modeling*; experience with *data management tools* is a plus.
- strong understanding of *financial statements, budgeting, and variance analysis*.
- ability to *multi-task, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment*.
- excellent *communication and presentation skills* to convey financial insights effectively.
- interest or experience in *hospitality, asset management, or real estate finance* is preferred.
