Sr channel excellence specialist as a sr channel excellence specialist here at honeywell, you will be a key driver in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies for the honeywell building automation (ba) business unit.
your role is pivotal in driving growth and maximizing the performance of our channel partners in the americas market.
you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel programs, initiatives, and incentives that align with our business objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
you will report directly to our channel excellence manager and you'll work out of our mexico city location on a hybrid work schedule.
in this role, you will impact the success of our channel partners and the overall growth of the ba business unit in mexico city.
you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell and promote our products and solutions.
you will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• monitor and report on the performance of channel partners and make recommendations for improvement
you must have 5+ years of experience in channel management or sales in the building automation industry
strong knowledge of the market and channel landscape
proven track record in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
advanced english
data analysis excel, salesforce and sap we value bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
experience working with channel partners in the building automation industry
