arrow electronics is looking to hire a quote services associate to join our team in guadalajara, mx!
This position requires fluency in english, please provide your cv/resume in english.
*what you'll be doing*:
- data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).
- scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.
- monitor quote process daily.
- communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.
- monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format and prepare for sending.
*what we’re looking for*:
- typically requires a 2-year degree and 1- 2 years of experience or equivalent related experience.
- industrial, electronic, or systems engineering education and/or experience preferred, but not required.
- ability to communicate fluently in english.
