the human resources coordinator leads and is responsible for the hr operation at the site, acting as a generalist.

- design and proposes strategies for cultural change that favor the implementation of continuous process improvement.
- monitor and manage issues arising from labor relations and union commitments, monitor compliance with them and the timely resolution of labor problems, in order to maintain a good labor environment.
- ensure that training and development plans contribute to achieve the objectives of the company, in addition to being aligned with the profile that the company wants in their employees.
