ensure the correct launch of a new project in production by supervising the following key aspects: execute, together with the project team, the manufacturing of pre-series and series samples from g1 to g7.
organize the transition of the new project into production.
accountability for meeting the overall project deliverables (cost, timing, quality, customer satisfaction).
lead the project core team (pct).
develop the project schedule based on the dates established and agreed upon with the customer.
monitor the development of the production system and tooling, maintaining continuous communication with the various project support areas.
adhere to the approved budget and quote cost-effective solutions.
