We are looking for a manufacturing testing manager capable of leading teams to design, develop, and implement test systems for products moving from prototype to high-volume production, focusing mostly on hardware integration, process efficiency, quality control, and data analysis to ensure robust, high-quality, and cost-effective testing, bridging engineering, operations, and quality assurance..responsabilities:lead, mentor, and develop manufacturing test engineers and technicians.collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, r&d, supply chain, and engineering teams.coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for test equipment and services.define, implement, and maintain the manufacturing test strategy aligned with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.ensure all products are tested according to specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.oversee in-process, final, and functional testing across manufacturing lines.develop and maintain test plans, test coverage, and acceptance criteria.manage test equipment, fixtures, software, and automated test systems.ensure calibration, validation, and maintenance of all test equipment.lead the introduction of new test technologies and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.support npi (new product introduction) by defining test requirements and validating test readiness.ensure compliance with internal quality systems and applicable industry standards (e.g., iso, iec, fda, customer-specific requirements).drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for test failures and field returns.partner with quality engineering to resolve non-conformities related to test processes.analyze test data, yield trends, defect rates, and failure modes.identify opportunities to improve first-pass yield, reduce rework, and optimize test cycle times.implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean, six sigma, or similar methodologies.develop and maintain clear documentation for test procedures, work instructions, and reports.provide regular reporting on test performance, kpis, risks, and improvement actions to management.requirements:bachelors degree in engineering (electrical, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, manufacturing, or related field).3+ years of experience as a manager on related positions with testing experience.proven experience managing test operations in a manufacturing environment.multicultural team management.hands on profile.experience with pythin, lynux and networking.leadership experience managing technical teams.advanced english proficiency (written and verbal).-mexican law benefits.-yearly performance bonus.-saving fund 13%.-major medical expense insurance for employee and direct family.-life insurance.-company dinning room serviceschedule: monday to friday from 8am a 6pm.#j-*-ljbffr
