key responsibilities include leading all supply chain functions, managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods aligned with demand and production programs, implementing and optimizing erp/mrp and plm systems, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, driving cost-reduction initiatives, working capital optimization, and inventory improvements.
establishing and monitoring kpis, such as otif, inventory turns, supplier performance, and cost savings, are also critical aspects of this role.
the supply chain director will be responsible for building a strong s&op process and standardizing best practices across the organization.

the ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or supply chain (mba preferred), 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience, preferably in immex manufacturing environments.
proven track records in erp/mrp and plm implementations, strong knowledge of mrpii, jit, kanban, and dft, and expertise in international trade, customs, and compliance are essential.
advanced negotiation and vendor development skills, experience managing cross-functional teams in complex, growing organizations, and fully bilingual english/spanish language skills are highly valued.
strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder influence skills are also necessary for success in this role.
