job description
the role of the customer care representative is to provide product information and product support to new and existing customers. This position works closely with several departments (i.e. sales, accounting, production, and shipping) to ensure orders ship on time and complete. Coordinates and acts as liaison between customer and internal departments ensuring customer's needs are met completely.

* 3 years of customer service experience or related area.

* excellent problem-solving ability

* microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word)
* perform basic math and algebra
* bilingual (spanish, english required)

* invoicing
* sending invoices to customers
* sending tracking numbers to customers

* helping customers in general situations regarding products, invoices, shipments or warranties
* follow up on warranties to customers
* confirm eta ́s ( from pav us and to customers )
* control internal documents ( receipt acknowledgements, tax information from customers, etc )
* process rma ́s
