- translate operational data into strategic insights that support productivity, profitability, and efficiency.
- monitor financial and operational kpis to identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- drive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, inventory, production variances, margins, and headcount.
- support investment projects, capex control, and business expansion decisions.
- lead financial reporting, month-end closing, and executive presentations for local and corporate leadership.
- strengthen internal controls, corporate reporting standards, and financial governance.
- partner with cross-functional leaders to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and enable operational excellence.we are looking for a finance leader with:- experience as a plant controller, financial controller, or a senior finance role with strong exposure.
- background in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.
- solid expertise in cost accounting, fp&a, budgeting, forecasting, corporate reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis.
- strong sap knowledge.
- advanced english to interact with regional and global stakeholders.
