responsibilities
* understand client business needs and design end‑to‑end technology solutions that enable digital transformation.
* lead and participate in enterprise architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
* manage client relationships within the financial sector and participate in the delivery of it transformation projects.
* support project supervision, follow‑up, and governance in multi‑disciplinary teams.
* identify opportunities in the market, contribute to proposal development, and participate in business development initiatives.
* apply agile methodologies—especially scaled frameworks—to guide implementations and ensure delivery excellence.
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, risk, and operations, to design user‑centric, data‑driven, and scalable solutions.
* stay informed about emerging technologies and their applicability within client business contexts.
* provide leadership, clear communication, and strong client‑facing presence throughout the project lifecycle.
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or systems engineering (professional license required).
* master’s degree in it project management or a related field (preferred).
* experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, project management, and emerging technologies.
* 5+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting (preferred).
* 6–7 years of experience in client management within the financial sector, including:
o participation in it transformation projects
o project supervision
o pipeline development and opportunity origination
* strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially scaled frameworks (e.g., safe, less).
* strong leadership soft skills and client‑handling capabilities.
* experience in the insurance sector (preferred).
* advanced english proficiency.
