requirements:
* strong understanding of market dynamics and routes-to-market.
* proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
* excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* effective negotiation and influencing skills.
* 10+ years of experience in direct sales distribution (dsd) / traditional trade (tt).
* previous roles in sales leadership within the cpg industry.
* exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
