Quality control auditor
we are seeking a detail-oriented quality control auditor to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
key responsibilities:
* complete video audits within set timelines as outlined in stage reporting
* guarantee zero defects on video audits for customers
* ensure timely completion of all audits as per the provided timeline
* provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to quality managers
* communicate effectively with supported markets
* work through customer documents and adapt to changing standards
* other assigned duties.
requirements and qualifications:
* high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' experience in tower top installation, current and active tower climbing experience in the wireless industry
* experience in managing individual or multiple wireless communication projects
* able to work independently with minimal supervision
* proficient computer skills with ms office (word, excel, outlook), adobe pdfs, and database systems
* able to complete closeouts with detailed highlighted photos
