primary activities:
execute the indicated works and that are included within the activities of the design and development process:
* as backup of the technical leader:
o planning and execution of the program / process activities.
o personnel supervision (lab analysts).
o review, edit and safeguard process information.
• perform manufacturing tests for resins and alternate products.
• perform analysis and application testing in general.
• ensure the supply and disposal of raw materials and reagents required in the activities.
• maintain cleanliness and order in the laboratory, warehouses and warehouses of the process. Including the control of waste generated.
• perform a positive behavior that favors teamwork, corresponding to their position. Comply with attendance and punctuality.
secondary activities:
• support in operational and administrative activities of the coordinator of the quality management process, in his absence and under the coordination of the technical leader.
• coordination or participation in projects, activities, etc., of other processes and/or work teams, upon request, that does not compromise their safety, nor the performance required for their primary activities.
• execution of the semi-annual validation for laboratory instruments.
• participation in work groups implemented internally and externally by the company.
• contribute to ensuring that the areas and activities under their responsibility comply with the safety, health and environmental standards and requirements established in the safety policy, safety manual, internal work regulations and other related guidelines.
comply with the guidelines and procedures of the management systems, established in the plant.
• comply with the assigned work activities (annexed or related to their primary activities), indicated by their immediate boss in accordance with the provisions of the individual work contract and the internal work regulations.

* modification of activities design process; in type, number and frequency.
* generation of requisitions for materials, of the design and development process.
* extraction of solvents from the corresponding warehouse.

as support for the quality coordinator:
* release of finished product and raw material.
* supervision / execution of activities of the plant safety management system.
requirements for the position/position:
* knowledge of laboratory equipment and instruments of industrial laboratories.
* intermediate english.

* basic knowledge of sap.
experience: minimum 1 year in similar positions.
