*responsibilities*:
- develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase market share and visibility for school products.
- lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with product development, sales, and marketing departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- analyze market trends and customer insights to drive innovation in product offerings and marketing initiatives.
- manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions in mexico and the us.
- oversee brand performance and prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
- coordinate the development of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.
- manage and effectively allocate the brand marketing budget.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- advanced proficiency in english.
- over 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in school products or consumer goods.
- deep understanding of current marketing trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.
- excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
