Position title: content operations manager

key responsibilities:
* manage the day-to-day operations of content creation, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand, goals, and audience needs.
* streamline and improve content production processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
* work closely with content creators, designers, product teams, and marketing to ensure content is consistent across all channels (web, social media, email, etc.).
* develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content for campaigns and promotions.
* track content performance through analytics and insights, providing recommendations to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
* review and ensure content is of high quality, adhering to brand guidelines, tone, and style.
qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in content operations, content management, or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing or media is a plus.
* strong organizational and project management skills. Familiar with content management systems (cms), content scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
* ability to review and edit content to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
* excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
* experience using data to inform content decisions and improve performance.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
