Management of field office and general services in tuxpan.
- responsible for the payments of contracts for electricity, water, rent, telephone, among others.
- mailing (delivery/reception)
- management of fleet of vehicles on site
- control of assets and inventories
- logistics of transfers of people, lodging and organization of events of the office and project.
- generation in sap of pr's and gr's
- land and air transportation logistics for local staff, managers, and directors.
- coordinate with the it department and human resources the delivery of equipment and work tools for the project staff.
- responsible for managing office services making sure operations and procedures are organized.
- maintain office efficiency by planning and executing tasks
- actively participate in the planning and execution of company events.
- allocate available resources to enable successful staff performance (office supplies)
- guarantee the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the information
- maintain a safe and secure work environment
