you will execute the assigned category strategy, leading and developing the procurement team while coordinating strategic sourcing activities.
this includes conducting benchmarking, performing supply market and supplier analysis, building rfi/rfps, negotiating contracts, and managing product lifecycles.
your role will also involve creating business cases and managing the outsourcing and offshoring processes.

- by leveraging your experience in strategic sourcing, you will implement effective procurement strategies that align with business goals.
- you will conduct thorough market analysis to inform sourcing decisions, develop rfis/rfps that reflect the needs of the organization, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms.
- additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance throughout the procurement process.
*what are we looking for?

- university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- minimum of 6 years of experience in procurement or related field.
- strong analytical skills and experience with procurement processes.
- excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- experience with sourcing and supplier management, including contract negotiations.
- proficiency in relevant software tools and erp systems.
