Job title: talent acquisition sourcer and recruiter

We are committed to connecting top-tier south american talent with businesses across the us. you will be responsible for sourcing and placing professionals in various roles, including but not limited to developers, sales, creative talents (graphic design and video editing), marketing specialist, and administrative assistant.

work schedule

40 hours/week (us hours)


required english proficiency

b2 or above


responsibilities

* conduct interviews: perform structured zoom interviews daily to evaluate candidates’ experience, communication skills, and fit for marketing, design, sales, and other types of roles.
* evaluate candidates: review applications, screen candidates, and assess graphic design/ad design portfolios to ensure alignment with client expectations for skills and culture fit.
* collaborate with stakeholders: partner with account managers and talent sourcers to understand client hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
* manage talent pipeline: build and maintain a pool of pre-vetted, qualified professionals for recurring client roles.
* maintain crm & documentation: keep detailed candidate records in internal systems for visibility and team coordination.
* develop assessments: generate industry-specific interview questions and assessments to evaluate candidates effectively.
* negotiate rates: discuss and finalize candidate rates within the budget constraints of talent global llc’s clients.


required skills

* proficient in using job postings and other techniques to strategically source candidates.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills (b2 or above english level).
* strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* sharp, quick learner, with high work efficiency and multi-tasking ability.
* ability to build trust and rapport with both candidates.
* self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges and taking initiative.
* proficiency in using ai to automate processes and drive operational excellence.


qualifications


experience

* minimum of 2 years of experience working in a recruitment/talent outsourcing agency.
* proven experience in conducting interviews for a variety of roles.


education

* a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field is preferred.


additional requirements

* strong problem-solving skills and proactive work attitude.
* sharp, quick learner, with high work efficiency and multi-tasking ability.
