We are looking for a Sales Senior Manager (B2C) driving ECO products
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for ECO products.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
~10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5-8 years in a recent leadership or managerial role.
~ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
