We are looking for a government account manager with solid experience in the state government sector, responsible for leading the management and development of strategic public sector accounts. This role will play a key part in driving business growth, building institutional relationships, and executing high-impact projects related to digital transformation and ict infrastructure.
important: candidates must have proven experience working with state governments. Experience only at the federal government level does not meet this requirement.
key responsibilities
* manage and develop state government accounts.
* build and maintain relationships with mid- and senior-level stakeholders within state government entities.
* achieve sales targets related to revenue, margin, and collections.
* identify and develop business opportunities in telecommunications, digital transformation, and ict infrastructure projects.
* lead the execution of strategic projects, from opportunity generation through deal closure and billing.
* act as the main point of contact between the company and state government institutions.
* work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
required profile
* 5+ years of experience selling ict solutions to the public sector.
* mandatory experience managing state government accounts.
* experience in the telecommunications or ict infrastructure sector.
* advanced english, able to hold business-level conversations.
* strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and key account management skills.
