at least 3+ years of experience managing teams- the performance expert: skilled in performance marketing architecture and traffic acquisition consulting- the regional pro: strong connections in the brazilian performance marketing space and ideally speaks portuguese- the tech specialist: deep understanding of google ad optimization tools, mcm processes, and google policies.
