the ideal candidate will support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of crm platforms such as salesforce health cloud and veeva crm.
this role partners with sales, marketing, medical affairs, and it teams to improve customer engagement, process efficiency, and data quality.key responsibilities
- gather, analyze, and document business requirements for crm initiatives and enhancements
- translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows
- configure and support salesforce and/or veeva crm solutions
- collaborate with sales operations, marketing, mlr, and it stakeholders
- support field sales representatives and msls with crm tools, reporting, and usability improvements
- manage enhancement backlogs and coordinate with development teams
- lead and support user acceptance testing (uat)
- develop reports and dashboards for commercial performance tracking
- ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to pharma regulations
- support integrations with reltio, snowflake, databricks, and marketing automation platforms
- drive crm adoption and continuous process improvement initiativesrequired qualifications
- bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, information technology, or related field
- 3–8 years of crm business analysis or sales/marketing operations experience
- experience within pharma, biotech, medtech, or life sciences organizations
- hands-on experience with salesforce and/or veeva crm
- strong understanding of commercial operations, hcp engagement, and territory management
- experience with requirements gathering, uat, and stakeholder management
- excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillspreferred qualifications
- salesforce configuration experience (reports, dashboards, workflows, custom objects)
- knowledge of veeva vault, align, nitro, and promomats
- experience with reltio mdm and data governance initiatives
- exposure to power bi and tableau reporting solutions
- agile/scrum experience including user stories and backlog grooming
- understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital marketing integrationkey deliverables
