Senior digital marketing specialist
we are seeking a motivated and results-driven senior digital marketing specialist to drive our marketing initiatives forward.
about the role:
* develop and execute targeted digital campaigns across various advertising platforms (google ads, facebook/instagram, linkedin, etc.) to support business goals and objectives.
* collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectives.
* analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation and maximize roi.
campaign management:
* create, launch, and monitor digital ads campaigns, ensuring they align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
* conduct a/b testing for ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
* continuously evaluate campaign performance to identify trends, adjust bids, targeting, and ad copy to achieve desired kpis.
analytics & reporting:
* provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics such as click-through rates (ctr), conversion rates, cost-per-click (cpc), and return on ad spend (roas).
* use analytics tools (google analytics, facebook insights, etc.) to track and evaluate traffic, conversions, and roi.
market research & trend analysis:
* stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising, social media, and search engine marketing.
* perform competitor analysis and adapt campaign strategies based on industry trends and competitor activity.
budget management:
* manage digital advertising budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet financial objectives and maximize roi.
* work with leadership to align on ad spending with overall business goals.
requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like google ads, facebook, instagram, linkedin, and more.
* strong track record of driving roi using performance metrics, kpis, web analytics tools (e.g., google analytics, facebook insights), and a/b testing methodologies.
preferred qualifications:
* experience in multicultural/hispanic media segmentations is a plus.
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
* bilingual in spanish and english a plus, with excellent communication skills in both languages preferred.
