We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
bilingual recruiter
to join our team.
key responsibilities:
coordinate with new hires, talent acquisitions specialist, hr & hiring managers to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hires.
oversee all pre-employment activities for new hires.
streamline logistics associated with all aspects of onboarding.
perform various recruitment administrative functions.
enter and track candidate background orders and coordinate drug testing.
review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partner.
lead the on-boarding process once the offer is made from the recruiting team and ensure all sops are followed.
ensure new hire paperwork is completed for badging process, drug test and track results, schedule employee orientation & training and ensure a good employee experience.
process new hires and ensure compliance with government requirements.
review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
provide excellent service to candidate by responding quickly to all inquiries.
monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
requirements:
fluency in english and spanish (written and spoken)
proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
familiarity with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms
