as part of the us live operations team, the data analyst will be responsible for helping the team drive insights and analysis as well as decision making velocity.
this role will mainly focus on building comprehensive dashboards against key business areas as well as ad-hoc analysis associated to key operational initiatives.
responsibilities
lead data analysis efforts to support tiktok live operations, providing insights to drive business growth and performance.
identify key factors influencing product growth and operational efficiency; deliver actionable recommendations aligned with strategic goals.
partner cross-functionally with product, operations, and r&d teams to develop and implement data-driven optimization plans.
design and analyze strategic initiatives and incentive mechanisms; evaluate the impact of product enhancements, promotional activities, and metric anomalies.
build and maintain specialized analytical models tailored to support business decisions and long-term planning.
