*responsibilities*:
the following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment.
- assists project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Creation & maintenance of customer information and profiles into the systems
- start & follow up of opportunities & promotional projects.
- preparation of information packages during bidding processes and according to project needs
- management of customer portals for official invoices processing
- management of supplier portals for bidding purposes
- may assist other depts into the organization with information management according to project needs
- prepare bill drafts under pm requirement
- movements in budgets and creation of small projects as pm requirement
- provide support for procurement activities (new subcontractors vendors set up, quotes review, good receipts vs pos)
- provide marketing support to technical and corporate staff.
- may assists in marketing research, & trade shows.
- assists in maintaining marketing data, ensuring that all information is current, complete and compliant.
- preparation of letters to clients (project closures, non-debts, letters with bank information, etc.)
Attends administration meetings. May attend project meetings including start-up meetings when needed
may arrange for lunch and refreshments or prepare conference rooms for meetings.
May assist with training of new project management assistants and/or new project team members to familiarize them with ssoe and customer-specific procedures.

Qualifications:

- bachelor degree in in business or similar
- 3 years related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- experienced in the following software packages: (microsoft project, excel, word, powerpoint).
- advanced english level
