what you'll be responsible for
* sourcing and closing top-tier reps — call center agents, appointment setters, door-to-door pros
* running an active pipeline across linkedin, facebook groups, referrals, and direct outreach
* qualifying for performance, grit, and culture fit
* tracking key metrics like time-to-fill, show rate, and retention
* building systems that scale hiring across multiple roles and regions
what we're looking for
* proven recruiting experience in call center or sales environments
* clear communicator who can pitch the opportunity and sell the vision
* organized, self-motivated, and proactive — no babysitting here
* bilingual (english and spanish) preferred
* comfortable recruiting remotely across the u.s. and latin america
