Overview
we are looking for a sas developer to join our analytics and reporting team. This role involves developing and maintaining sas applications, generating business insights, and supporting regulatory and compliance reporting for global clients.
required skills & experience
* 4–10 years of experience as a sas developer/programmer.
* sas programming: strong proficiency in sas programming, including base sas, sas/stat, sas/macro, and sas/sql.
* data analysis: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract meaningful insights.
* problem-solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize processes.
* communication: excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
* etl processes: experience with etl tools and concepts.
* data modeling: knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques.
* statistical methods: understanding of statistical methods and procedures.
preferred skills
* exposure to sas, sas/stat, sas/macro, and sas/sql.
* familiarity with etl/data warehouse environments.
