Engineering manager position
we are seeking an experienced engineering manager to oversee a team of engineers in multiple disciplines.
in this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
the ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing engineering operations, including budgeting, staffing, and project discipline structures.
responsibilities include:
* leading cross-discipline technical work and ensuring that all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements are met.
* facilitating project requirements through the use of engineering guidelines and management of resources allocated to projects.
* participating in project execution strategy and planning, driving innovative solutions and technology advances.
requirements include a bs degree in engineering from an accredited university and 15+ years of relevant discipline and multi-discipline experience, with 5+ years in project leadership and 5+ years as a discipline manager.
you will be responsible for managing all disciplines in terms of design integrity, schedule, actual progress, and interfaces among other functional teams.
