Working as a Product Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing and sales team in Motion NEMA Motors, defining marketing plans, including marketing communication, training and sales initiatives. In this role, you will oversee all steps in the life cycle of products, systems or services, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of IEC products in CDMX / Guadalajara.

Marketing & Sales Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Driving the profitability and life cycle of products and services by defining pricing guidelines and market position.
- Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of products and services
- Working closely with R&D; to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products and services.
- Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.
- Working closely with the HR team to ensure is properly organized, staffed and directed.
- Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electro-Mechanic or Electronic Engineering.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge of IEC motors and previous experience with electric products sales.
- Market analysis and sales strategy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force and Abacus.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced English level.
