*we are looking for an implementation manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.*:
*the job role is used for wireline, wireless and transmission network deployment and can be adapted and used for managing all implementation services e.g. Network design, site acquisition, civil works, installation, integration services etc.*:
*responsible for management of activities and personnel both from ericsson, customer and suppliers according to ericsson requirements and customer contract. Budget responsible. Ensure work is executed within in the project ohs requirements.*:

- * fluent english is a must*:
- * bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience of 2-5 years industry experience*:
- * experience managing delivering cell site construction and technology upgrades*:
- * ability to review construction documents, determining site feasibility, as well as site design consulting as needed*:
- * direct knowledge of cell site construction and equipment installation material requirements*:
- * direct knowledge of cell site structural design and modification requirements*:
- * experience in construction scope estimation, managing and directing general contractors, generating bill of materials, etc. (civils, ground, l&a, backhaul, mw)*:
- * basic knowledge of troubleshooting practices and techniques, including sweep testing concepts.*:
- * strong ability to learn quickly and multitask in fast paced environment across business units and customers*:
- * strong ability to communicate and work with multiple professional skill levels effectively.*:
