This role focuses on leading and executing business intelligence projects effectively and efficiently, identifying clients key needs and translating them into both technical and business terms. Key responsibilities analyze client requirements, collecting and documenting all necessary information to define project scope and objectives.define project deliverables, timelines, and activities to provide accurate estimations and final proposals to clients.select appropriate tools and execute project plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.develop and implement processes and solutions related to project goals, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, storage, modeling, reports, dashboards, applications, and embedded analytics, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.structure and model data sources, aligning them with client business rules for areas such as finance, production, and retail.report project activities and progress to the operations management and project manager.document implemented processes and solutions for both client delivery and future internal reference.provide client support and guidance throughout project implementation.manage and execute pre-purchased client hour bundles, contributing to company profitability.deliver client training on bi and analytics tools developed and implemented during projects. Requirements education bachelors degree in systems engineering, it, business, or related fields (required). Languages advanced english proficiency (minimum c1) experience & skills 8+ years of experience with tableau(certification is a plus).introductory knowledge in analytics and data visualization.experience working with snowflake.strong sql skills and database management experience.proven customer service orientation.
