we are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with the founder. This role is critical to keeping the business running efficiently — managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring priorities are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized work environment
manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the ceo
assist with travel planning, itineraries, and logistics
prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes as needed
support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the business
coordinate internal communication and follow-ups across teams
assist with organizing documents, files, and internal systems
assist with ad hoc projects across marketing, product development, and operations
track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents
handle shipping, receiving, and sample coordination
assist with inventory tracking and supply management
follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks are completed
maintain organized records of ongoing projects and priorities
assist with planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and brand activations
coordinate materials, product, and logistics for events
who you are:
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role
highly organized with strong attention to detail
strong communicator with excelle
