Responsibilities Design and deliver Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft platform
Act as technical SME on projects to design Salesforce solutions and provide technical walkthroughs to Salesforce developers and client feature owners
Provide technical leadership on projects by guiding junior team members to follow Salesforce best practices
Serve as a key resource for Salesforce technical delivery — build, system testing handover/coordination, technical documentation, and deployment activities
Lead in reviewing features/user stories, convert functional requirements to technical requirements, estimate user stories, plan team capacity, and work closely with Product Managers
Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements; discuss with functional and business product owners on changes that align with Salesforce product stack and architecture
Design integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Single Sign-On
Migrate changes from development to test to production environments using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and ANT
Manage risks and issues and cross-dependencies with other teams; communicate with internal teams and clients to address technical design and functional gaps
Debug and resolve technical issues and defects reported from production systems
Assist in writing technical approaches and design documentation as required
Collaborate with Product Managers to include continuous technical improvement in the Product Line roadmap
Partner with Architects to reduce portfolio complexity, enhance interoperability between services, and make key design decisions across the portfolio
Operate with an iterative, agile and user-centric perspective
Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Lead solution design, architecture, and delivery for enterprise projects
Experience in Conceptual Data model, Logical Data model, High-Level and Low-Level Design (Technical Architect functions)
Experience with Salesforce solution design, development, and integration in Sales & Service clouds
Ability to interact directly with client stakeholders and end users to analyze business needs
Proven ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies: Apex, Lightning/LWC; reusable framework and factory methods
Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas to non-Salesforce teams
Minimum of one Salesforce Certification
Experience building in Agile development methodological environments (preferred)
Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience (preferred)
Additional Salesforce Certifications preferred — Application Architect and System Architect
