As a jr. Process engineer you will develop, evaluate and design production processes in order to ensure the manufacturing of products within the plant reducing variation and waste in production processes. Optimization and improvement of manufacturing and packaging processes. Execute technology transfer (processes and products).
*key responsibilities*
- establish plant operating standards considering equipment and methods.
- perform analysis on potential failure causes for products considered as non-conforming/sspl.
- lead the quality systems of the organization to standardize processes, through the development of instructions, procedures to meet customer requirements.
- ensure product consistency through the analysis and establishment of process instructions, promoting compliance and operational discipline.
- develop and innovate production systems through the management and execution of improvement projects, quality standards, safety.
- manage projects for the development of new processes, products and services seeking internal and external customer happiness.
- statistical analysis of processes that support the improvement in formulas together with the technical area.
- lead required changes in amef and control plan according to findings in the production processes.

- chemical or industrial engineer, chemist.
- proven experience in production processes related to coatings.
- advanced english.
